Anondebitcard has ripped me off for $185! i sent them $185 for a preloaded virtual credit card in hopes of protecting myself when making online purchases. on their site it has remained marked as 'processing' to this very day - from 08/26/14 to 11/20/14 - with no virtual card and no refund despite many many contacts and requests.
sometimes they will ignore the contacts completely(emails, phone calls, live chat), other times they will say a refund is on the way to my paypal account and none ever arrives, or they refer me to another email address that doesn't even work. they also will say they are having trouble with their bank and are still processing.
i found they are also listed as getvcc,net. i've just found out in compiling this report that they are apparently located in Scottsdale Arizona & are hosted in San Francisco California.
my advice is to stay away from anondebitcard/getvcc like the plague. in my experience they have been nothing but a scam and apparently have no intention of refunding my money, which i very much needed - will be a bleak xmas.
