This RipOff was protected by several layers of untraceable companies. M Bldrs and Rainbow International contracted with my condos for a package deal on replacement windows and doors in 2010. We paid, they ordered. Then they delivered and installed completely different and much cheeper windows and doors and we had no course of remedy. The patio door and screen door have been a nightmare from day 1. I was told it would remedy itself but it has gotten worse. DO NOT PURCHASE ANDERSEN WINDOWS or DOORS. No telling what you will get
