I did a mystery shop for this company at a bowling alley. I was scheduled for a monday anytime after 5pm
Per there instructions, supplied by this company, it stated that during the week monday through friday, there would be no bowling involved due to leagues using all the lanes. So of course, this had to not be included in the reports, for there was no interaction with company employees. I also contacted the project manager the person also stated that there would be no bowling and it would not affect the pay.
Also had to participate in the arcade. Here again there were no associates working the arcade. There is a sign in the arcade that there were no associate working the arcade on mondays and there were specific days and times that there would be an associate working the arcade. So of course, this could not be included in the report other than that there would be no associate working the arcade on the scheduled day.
Trying to get answers from the general manager was impossible and deeming. Always putting the blame on the shopper and not taking any responsibility. Not even giving a chance to make corrections. This is just wrong in my opinion and I should be paid for having done the mystery shop.
