Was looking to purchase a puppy. Searched for licensed breeders and amor was on the list. Completed the inquiry form asking about puppy bailey. Received numerous additional emails and pictures. Was sent an invoice with the information for payment. Had my doubts but the grandkids would not have it any other way.

My friend wanted puppy Drake. Like puppy Bailey- many pictures and emails, but would not give out phone number. After reading about Bailey my friend was suspicious. When Amor asked her to send $590 through Zelle, she asked for their address and said she would pick the puppy up and pay cash. Never heard another word from them! A scam!
Had same results from this company, same address, same people. I sent $650.00 as the invoice stated for Bailey on 6/4/19. Using the same payment method. They requested that I send $900.00 for a shipping crate.Then they requested $1,200.00 be.sent for Insurance. That the $900.00 & $1,200.00 would be refunded upon delivery. Refused to send the $1,200.00. Requested a refund of $1,550.00. or Bailey & a $900.00 refund. Never received.
I am replying in hopes to shutdown these people. The exact same thing happened to my family. We were looking for shih-tzu puppies online and came across amorshihtzupuppies.com and started a conversation with the sellers. Eventually we decided to purchase a puppy for a discounted price of $590. The sellers sent paperwork via email and more pictures of the puppy we decided on via text. They said they take payments through zelle, we sent the money from our bank account using zelle. The next thing they said was everything was good on their end and just needed to ship the puppy to us. Again all paperwork seemed legit and was able to get quick responses from sellers until day before we were supposed to get puppy. The sellers informed us that there would be a $900 “shipping fee”. The sellers said that the money would be refunded by driver when we received the puppy. Day of “receiving “ puppy cannot get ahold sellers through phone and website mysteriously disappeared. Yes, we were scammed for $1500!
We had just lost our dog of 12 years and decided to get another dog. When you lose something you love for so long and are putting some faith in humanity that you want to go through the stress of committing to another dog, you think that’s the last thing that could happen - false hope and being ripped off. Obviously our eyes are open wide now and our trust is broken. You might read this and think “why would you buy a dog online” and that of course it was a scam. Like i said before, just trying to put some faith back into humanity.
Bottom line - learn from our mistake and ask as many questions as you need, research the sellers, do as much as you possibly can to make sure this doesn’t happen to you.
