I have lived in Arc for serveral years. When my husband and i !st moved in, it was great. Then the problems started. They wont cut trees that are damaging your roof, nothing EVER gets fixed, no one is ever in the office, management keeps switching, and there isnt anything for the kids to do. I have several horror stories about arc. a few years back two children died from faulty electrical wiring. which i experienced this for myself.....i had been complaing about the ac not working and needed it fix. They said it was an electrical problem and call jea. I had a small baby at the time with no lights, a fridge full of food, and my insulin. The manager did not make sure we had accomadations for the weekend, but insted took a vacation to leave us to figure it out. We had to stay in a hotel for a week..and they really thought they were gonna get their rent money. (yeah right). My husband and i were in the process of buying a home about to close to get outof here...but sadly he died a week before. I have put up with this long enough. Next month my kids and i are out of this ragady hell hole to start a better life. i wouldnt tell my worst enemy to move here!!!!! Dont let them fool you. All that glitters isnt gold.
