They will not answer the phone nor return e mails, my car has been paid to be released almost 12 hours now and will NOT fax the local towing co the release papers from the finance company to them. This is my only transportation to get my chemo treatments and can't understand why a business can't be professional and hand me my vehicle over when it has been paid to the finance company from a repo they were contracted to do, why are they holding onto it, is this legal?
