I recently done business with allthingsautoparts. I was looking for a 2005 Mercury Grand Marquis transmission. I get a call from noah saying they had what i was looking for. I specified the transmission i needed Year,make,model and so forth. He send me a transmission with no tag on it. Just a bare transmission no torque converter and it looked like it came from a junkyard. I call noah and told him it didnt have a tag or anything. He then request pictures and wanted to know which one it was. He then tells me to take my torque converter out of mine and put in the piece of crap he sent me and that it would work. My mechanic said that he didnt think it would work. So i told noah and he said that if it doesnt work i will pay for the labor. My mechanic tried to install it and it didnt work. I called noah again and told him that we tried and it still didnt work. Then he requested more pictures showing that it didnt work. He said his supplier doesnt lie. I sent him pictures once again and now he wont return my calls or text. What funny is this big 10,000 isnt a warehouse and it doesnt store anything for allthingsautoparts. Thats a big lie and noah's a big liar. I have filed every complaint that you can think of. I have paid $700 to be ripped off by noah and his company. Noah is someone that works for himself, that calls different junk yard like these foreign people who calls you about these parts. He American so hes think you will trust him. Call allthingsautoparts if you want to get ripped off.
I was looking for a 258 jeep engine, contacted a internet sight got some response from India or Arabs couldn't understand a work they said. Then Noah contacted me by text message. He asked if I was still looking and if I wanted a running or compression. He found me a couple with high mileage, but I wanted better. I also told him I had been contacted by other company's and they didn't sound like they were in the country, I didn't want to get ripped off. I had ask for pictures and they said "why" they couldn't get pictures of engines. Noah did and found me an 258 1980 engine with 43,000 miles and gave me a price. He was very knowledgeable and helpful full in my search. We text for 2 days before he found the right engine for me, and sent me pictures. I had a good experience working with this company, and have told some friends who are looking for special parts. I have my engine and I an 100% pleased with Allthings Auto Parts. It is nice to talk to someone you can understand and knows auto parts. Thank you again Noah.

8:58pm: Yes
9:24pm: Yes we have that Engine in stock for 1000.00 with 100k and a 6 month warranty. That price includes shipping, no additional fees. Does that help you out?
10:12pm: That's a little out of my price range, but ty.
1:01am: PRICE SHOP YOU GET CHOPPED, AMERICANS DO NOT CARE ANYMORE ABOUT REPUTATION, GOOD LUCK DOING BUSINESS WITH A G*** OR AN ARAB YA CHEAP F***.
Can I just say that I was completely taken off guard...how can someone talk to someone like that? This is unprofessional, racist, and disgusting.
I have a budget, I have a family, I have bills, and fixing my car is NOT the first priority on my list, so I have the luxury of price shopping. This guy just decided I was worth attacking because I felt his price was too high for my budget.
I decided to look up their company and found a slew of complaints on here and even on BBB. I cannot believe that they feel this is how a company should treat people. If I chose not to go with them, and they were kind - I would've referred people to them....but now I just don't want anyone else subjected to this rude and racist behavior.
