I was trying to purchase a puppy. I was told (breeder) that it would cost 250.00. and the dog would be delivered to my door. As it went on the wanted money for ins on the puppy. 1800. and they would refund me in cash less 100.00. I have a feeling that I wont be seeing the puppy. Hard lesson to learn.
