ON January 15, 2015, I was involved in a car icident. I was at the path of a Yeld sign, stopped to see if any cars were coming, which I looked to my left and saw the way was clear to go, so I proceeded to turn to another street which I made another sharp turn into another street while I had to wait for the way was cleared to cross but as I was sitting there, here comes this car slammed into my rear side of my suv and knock me around in circle. The police came and said I was at fault, fail to yeld Right Away; which, I feel that it was not true. My car damaged was $2,000 dollars. And the person that hit me was $15,000.00 . I feel that the only thing I should be blamed for is not having my insurance at that time. But , now that has been paid. I shouldn't be blamed to reimmused Allstate indurance for their client wrackage driving that caused damaged to my vehicle. I want to let you know I am very troubled by Allstate and the police.
Next day Allstate agent called to get information. I was very shaken- up over the icident and could not think clearly.
But this agencyt this not care to check any other investigation but get money to fatten her wallet. She got a cllection agent to collect $6000. dollars from me. Which.The Allstate agency and the collection agency sending me all kinds of frightening tactics to make me pay that money. They are stealing money from poor innocent people. And I can't Pay my other bills cause of people like you.
My car was damaged and did have anyone to fix my suv but to give it to these greedy hounds. I want to tell you that the prisons are full of people like you. And can not get ahead in life for you greedy hounds.
