THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST RENTAL CAR COMPANY I HAVE EVER RENTED FROM! Elly (the manager at the Main street location in Santa Ana) has consistently harassed, berated & blatantly disrespected us. Not only has she double charged us for tickets that we paid over a month ago. The rental car was due last night. She ordered the car be picked up in the middle of the night after my fiancé told her he would be in to pay the car in the morning. Is this normal practice? Do you repossess cars that are one day late? I also have a voice recording of Elly speaking to me so kindly while I'm asking her simple questions. I also have the invoice Elly sent me showing that she added $1200 in overage fees just because we were one day late. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE; NEVER RENT FROM ALLIED RENT A CAR!
