My issue starts back in September 2013 when I asked for special leave due to a sick parent, leave to commence in December because I had to go to Australia. I was granted the leave and checked each month that it was ok to go. I also sent emails to my Supervisor to keep her in the loop and aware of what was going on.
My wages were short so had to fight to get recompense and believe this is what started the animosity. It took seven weeks to rectify the situation but the Account Manager had a grudge from this point onwards. Result she never told the Company I was going on leave so when I went it was as if I walked off the job.
When I returned I have been doing relief work and the reasons given are I was on Unpai Leave of Absence by one boss and the other states I am complacent in my work. Neither would answer emails of appeal against their decision. I have sent emails to the Account Manager, HR Manager (who has now left) and the District Manager and none of them replied. I tried phoning but get switched to voice mail all the time.
I recieved an email from Corporate Head Quarters asking me to phone the HR Manager there to which I have tried but get the voicemail continuosly. So my last voice mail I advised her that if she did not return my call I would have to get a Lawyer as I felt I was being bullied by the Company Bosses in Richmond. Every tim I text her she writes back that I am to use manners when speaking to her and not to accuse her of anything but she is my Accounts Manager and it is her job to saort out my issues.
Tonight I went into work only find out by a Coworkers email that I was no longer with the company. When I tried to get to one of the Bosses to talk to her the Campus Police advised me that as I am no longer an employee of the Company I cannot discuss the issue with her and that I was to leave which I did.
To this point I do not know why this has happened but have suspicions only. I am 66 and a Caucasian Australian in an Environment where the person in charge is uncomfortable working with someone of my experience so it is Goodbye.
