Company promised a home business program that woiuld produce "infinite income>"
I signed up for $197. After receiving the same solicitation letter from 5 other "dealers" I concluded it was not a sound investment and I wrote and requested the promised refund.
After receiving another solicitation I wrote a 2nd rquest for refund to the same address.
This second letter was returned with postal notation: Return to Sender - Not deliverable as Addressed - Unable to forward. Stamped on the envelope was the notation: RETURN TO SENDER No Longer at This Address.
Question: How was my original payments - $97 to Homewood (and $100 to a Dealer) able to be delivered to the very same address to which the refund request was mailed ? Answer: Alliance recognized my return address and refused my letter.
I tried calling the listed phone and got a courteous recorded message to seek help online. No help is available online as the web address does not come up when searched.
