I paid for a extended warranty for my Monaco motor home through Temecula RV in Temecula, Ca. The extended warranty was recommended by the company and was Allegiance Administrators CSI care. The company did pay repairs under their warranty but when it came to selling my motor home and cancelling the warranty I had major honesty problems in conversing with Allegiance CSI care. It seems that the Vice President who answers the questions for the company would not release any information to me about the procedure to get a refund. Her continuous response was to contact Temecula RV. I did converse with the owner of Temecula RV and he advised me that he has to receive the funds from Allegiance Administrators to then release funds to me. The Allegiance Administrators are rude and uncooporative and I would strongly recommend not using their warranty. I am still attempting to get a 2000k refund from the company after 4 months.
