I ordered a glass table top from Marti Hart. I gave him a check for $70 for 1/2 the cost. He said he would deliver it to my home the next day. 3 weeks later he never delivered nor will he return emails or phone calls. He has vacated the 180 Industrial Suite A location and has vanished. I did find out he owes the County Business Personal Property Taxes. He lists his residents address on White Circle in McKinney. He has probably moved again to avoid paying people or providing products. I cannot believe someone can continue to rip off people without being in jail.
