I contracted All In Movers for a small move on 1/5 of this year - they showed up late, took an inordinate amount of time, and we were unable to complete the second half of the move because of time management. Three days after the move, I realized they'd not unloaded everything from the truck, and called them to schedule the second half of the move, during which time the missing property was to have been delivered.
The day of the move a gentleman identifying himself as the owner called a half hour after their arrival time, verbally abusing me, and indicating that not only would his guys not show up for the move they'd scheduled, he'd have to "think" about returning my belongings to me.
I've filed complaits with the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, TX DOT and every internet based consumer protection service I can find. In no universe should this kind of behavior be permissible.
