On November 8 i made a purchase from All factory wheels for the amount of Grand Total: $769.04 USD I received the merchandise and it was damaged. I send pictures to the company and they issued me a shipping slip. Product was returned on Monday, 12/09/2013 at 9:35 A.M. and received by Front Desk. Person that signed was Gabriel. Complete tracking information are provided by UPS Tracking : 1ZA91E649097846232 I called the company 3 times and spoke with Mellisa who claimed that she issued a credit on Dec 16th. I called Bank Of America on December 24th and they confirmed that there is no credit issued to my account. I need to mention that this person told me a few times that has issued a credit and when i ask what date she always give me wrong dates.
1st time i called the operator start laughing when i told him that the wheels they send me ware damaged and bended. He was saying your dealership is ripping you off. I purchased OEM factory wheels and they send me damaged refurbished whells. As the joke to be more funny the even after i returned the wheel they do not issue any credit to my account. Called the bank they say nothing is deposited.
Please dont do any business this company is only scam.
