First off I would like to inform the general public to stear away for this ripoff of a company. I contacted this company due to a water flood issue in my parents home. I spoke with the onwer Mr. Imboden who was at first being polite because he wanted the contract but eventually became a problem. My parents experienced a severe boiler issue that lead to a flooded basement. They came to our residence and dryed everything up and left a severe black mold issue that caused my 53 year old mother to become hospital bond. We made several attempts to contact them and they would hang up, tell us that it wasnt their issue, and to stop calling. I have hired an attorney since them and will sue that company for everything it has done to our family. I have so much anger towards this company for what they put my family through. All I can say is dont allow your family to make the same mistakes we did.
