On 6/18/14 was sold a protection policy Acct#SBN****** & was told I could cancel within 30days for a full refund ($295.50).
On 6/26/14 I called to cancel spoke to spoke to Tyler who said he would cancel and send refund to my bank. Cancellation #: 6284533232.
On 8/8/14 I called spoke to April - same thing - "it's been cancelled I'll make sure the refund is taken care of immediately". Never happened.
On 10/7/14 I called spoke to Diana - same thing - "It's been cancelled I'll send this directly to billing and will call you back to confirm". Never happened.
Today 10/29/14 called them 888.926.7277 it rings once then cuts off. Finally got through to Royal Adminstration Services who said the account was cancelled and a refund sent to Ominserve who then sends it to All American. He said they were told that All American recently went out of business!
While all this was going on I contacted my bank who said there was no refund. And now that 60days have passed they cannot submit a rebuttal. That's how these people rip us off by leading us on through the 60days.
I'm at a loss of what to do and I guess of the $295.50. What a rip off!! Any help will be appreciated.
Same thing happened to me. I just tried to call again today and the line just goes dead. I assume this is because they have gone out of business! They owe me $340!
I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle with the understanding that certain parts would be covered, but to later find out that none of the parts that were specified at the time of purchase were actually covered on my vehicle. I had specifically asked if certain parts were covered and the salesperson said yes.
I then called to cancel my policy and asked for a refund then after the 8 weeks it takes to get your refund which I still havent received. Every time I call they tell me they dont know why I havent received my refund. Once again I was told they will put in a inquiry to the refund department. Yet they cant give me an inquiry number or anything to trace my requests. I try to speak to a supervisor and they tell me they are never available. I asked to speak to the refund department but they have no phones.
I cancelled my policy in June (which I only had since April).
It is now October and I still havent received my refund. Everytime I call its the same answer. I don't know." So my question is "where's my refund?" They had no problem collecting the money which was set up on autopay. But they have a tough time paying back consumers half the amount they were paid. Definately a RIP OFF.

This place is a joke and nobody that works there is willing to help you with anything, not even a manager. They do not let you speak to the person that sold you the warranty either claims there is no way of getting ahold of that person. I would love for this place to have a bad name so nobody else gets ripped off!
