I paid All American Appliance to fix my washing machine. He installed a part on 5-19-14 and charged me $371.32 to install the part that did not fix my problem. I immediately made an appointment for him to look at the washing machine again. No one showed for the appointment or called. I called the next day made another appointment. He did not run the diagnostic on the machine during the second appointment. He came out told us we were using too much soap. After adjusting our soap usage we still had the same problem. We called him back out again. No one showed for the 2nd time. We got a call 1.5 hours after the scheduled appointment time to tell me he had ordered the part and would call me when it arrived to schedule the next appointment. After a week I called All American Appliance to check on the part. I was told it had just come in and scheduled another appointment to install it. On the day of the appointment 6-4-14 I called to ask if they were going to be able to make the appointment and was told I would receive a call within an hour which I did not. An hour after the scheduled appointment time I received a voice mail. I tried calling within ten minutes of him leaving the voice mail. No one answered the number he left or the number he called from. I scheduled another appointment for Friday 6-6-14. Since I was getting no satisfaction over the phone I went to the business directly and was greeted with an attitude. He told me to leave and go home he would be there in an hour. I asked if he had the part and was told he did. I asked if I could see the part was adamantly denied. He told me he “quite working for me” and would send me a refund by 6-13-14. He also told me not to call or visit his business again.
