Everybody Stay Away From This Ecigmoke.com and http://ecigmoke.en.alibaba.com This company is fraud,scammed me of 2870.00USD in January 2015.Mike Zhang([email protected]) the liar behind those websites took me that much money by a bank transfer to his personal account and never shipped the mighty vaporizer and crafty vaporizer from him.They dont accept paypal,I was so stupid to make that transfer.I will do whatever it takes to get my money back.

Will ask you for your email to talk off site then ask to be paid by wire transfer. But has a paypal once they get your money will try to give you a product nothing like you ordered will ignore your request and Will refuse to correct there mistakes try to force you to take crappy product

Lezeey Dube Electronics/ Nazir Ahmed/ Andrew Boucher are Scam Artist

BEWARE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! These scam/ fraud artist advertise on Alibaba.com. I paid $200.00 to Lezeey Dube Electronics aka Nazir Electronics Ltd located in Cairo, Egypt April Ross, Nazir Ahmed Andrew Boucher [email protected] and [email protected]

Phone numbers are 214-935-0042 and +20 1110258 6223.

They requested for me not to deal with them on Alibaba and communicate with them by the email address located on their Alibaba advertisement.

They asked me to send 50% of the cost upfront $200.00 with Western Union fees cost. As soon as they picked up the funds, they broke the agreement and said they could not get approval to send only one led tv. They would only send 3 for the price of 2. So they said if I did not send more money before shipment in the amount of $300.00 or they would send nothing!!!

I asked to speak to the supervisor Andy Boucher. He also repeated the same results. I asked for a refund but they said the earliest it could be arranged was in the three weeks. When I called Western Union they said the money could not be refunded. Obviously they have no intentions on paying back any money…just another scam. Mr. Kim yangdoe contacted me via www.alibaba.com message center after i asked for the price of 10 cellphones (iphone 5s). After we agreed on the price , he said that the transaction must be made via alipay (escrow service), he claimed that he contacted them with the info of the articles i was buying and then later they sent me an email with the address and the name of the contact person (Daniel bordy)that will be holding the money until both parties are satisfied. Later on monday 23rd february 2015 i sent the money via western union and after the money was claimed neither the seller Mr. Yangbae nor the "alipay representative" have responded to any of my emails.

I purchased the machine from this company 2 weeks ago. Everything was ok and they sound nice and thustworthy. The seller Mr. Barret Wang decided to ship the machine by Air cargo. He told me that I could ship the machine back while under warranty and I trusted that he knew what he was doing. Once the machine arrived at my local airport I´ve got a call from the company asking me to pick the merchandise. Couple of days after I went there and they told me that I had to show the FDA registration info and Medical device specific to the item.

I talked with several brokers and all of them told me the same. When I asked the company about the papers I needed to clear my merchandise, I notice that they never had registration and they asked me to bribe a broker to get the merchandise cleared. It is such an absurd! Now they left me with nothing, no machine, no money back! Unfortunatelly I´ve learned at the worse way, losing money and being victims of SCAMMERS! Beware, do not buy from this people with no integrity and honesty!

They scammed us out of $123.00. Thank God we paid with Paypal. What I love about Paypal is that they protect their customers. We bought shoes from Chengdu Oluzi Trading Co., Ltd a company run by a woman named Kent ZHou. Her picture is attached. She said it would be done in 7-10 days. Its been 20 days she has not sent us anything. we asked for our money back she said no. She told us to stop writing her. She will not send us the products that we bought and she doesn't care. If you are looking for a shoe manufacture or trying to buy shoes DO NOT! and I REPEAT DO NOT do business with this company.

BEWARE OF HER AND THEIR COMPANY! Unless you want to throw your money in the garbage. They are very rude, and scammed me out of my money. I attached an email of her telling me to stop writing her and that she is not sending me anything.

THANK GOD WE HAVE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL GOING ON AND THEY WILL MAKE SURE SHE REFUNDS US OUR MONEY.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY and KENT ZHOU.

Company was very gracious to offer assistance at first, they lowered the MOQ to 5 from 10 units, I paid them the. They said customs would not let it through cause the MOQ or minimum waiting was 10, so they asked for more moneg from me which I did not send. They never sent product or the money back, and no longer communicate via email and the phone number on the website does not work.

Whoever wrote this policy for Alibaba needs to go back to the mental institution, This policy has no sense and any manufacturers alike in this case needs to be removed from Alibaba period!

I have been ripped off By Yuhuan Santong Plastics LTD using Alibaba platform in the amount of $1820 and there is nothing I can do and Alibaba will continue to harbor companies like this because they get yearly paid subscriptions from them, Something needs to be done NOW not later!

There appears to be several individuals that get ripped off on Alibaba.com by Chinese manufacturers selling defective products and many of the products are un usable and can only be disposed of by local garbage pickup

Reviewing these policies for Gold member and general member there appears to be a discrepancy/contradictory between the 2

If a gold member acts as the following they will be removed from Alibaba if the case is valid with Alibaba investigation and do not comply for resolution

1) No goods received after full payment.

2) No payment received after full delivery.

3) Products received are not as described, including:

a) Only an empty box received.

b) Received product of different industries, such as ordered a mobile phone but received a T-shirt.

c) Ordered original brand products but received fake ones.

d) Received less than the quantity ordered, the short-weight quantity is more than 30% of the total order, or the short-weight value is higher than $300.

For general trade this can occur instead

But any product problem related with size/color/texture/model/damaging/quality belongs to general trade dispute, and in general trade dispute cases, the severest punishment we can make against a defendant in general trade dispute case is to publish the complaint case record on the defendant’s mini-site on Alibaba.com for 90 days.

A (In some cases receiving defective goods) are the same as receiving no goods because some cases they are completely un usable as differentiated with general account and gold member shown in )1 No goods received after full payment

This would be quite the same as receiving no goods??

B (In some cases receiving product not as described) as shown number 3

for gold members in which they can lose there account, can be the same as receiving samples that are not the same as product ordered, they may be similar but not the same quality and completely un usable as this case

C (Scrolling around Manufactures mini websites on Alibaba I do not see where they say ordered products may not be the same as samples, can you point this out for me on Mini websites?

The policy appears to be lacking common sense, can you shed some light on paragraph A, B and C regarding the differences?

I placed an order with Vicky Chen at Dexing Xiangxing Weiye Weaving Co., Ltd for genuine leather dog collars. The company confirmed the were genuine leather.

They would not let me pay through Alibaba and they told me I would have to pay all the fees. They tried to pressure me in to paying by bank transfer which I refused as there is no protection, but they accepted Paypal. I paid by Paypal and they kept giving me false information regarding the progress of my order and even went to the extent of providing false tracking information to string me along, I had to open a dispute through Paypal as the 30 days in which to claim was nearly overdue. It was only then that they managed to get the goods sent to me and a genuine tracking number. The same thing happened on two separate transactions for the collars and leads.

Since purchasing, the products have deteriorated, making them dangerous to the public as my customers have made complaints and returned collars and leads that have snapped. There are also other issues with the stock as the coating around the outside has cracked on a large portion of the stock and there has also been reports that the D links have broken in half. I have had to issue my customers with full refunds including postage.

I contacted Vicky on 19/05/2014 to address these problems and the response I got was very unprofessional as they just said what is the problem now! As they were not very helpful and quite rude I have opened a dispute with Paypal and they have since messaged me rudely and aggressively through the case centre.

They originally accepted no liability for the issues and told me that they are as described (genuine leather) and said how do we know it wasn't you, implying I have been breaking the collar myself. Ridiculous!

After sending another response stating all the issues and telling them I have original emails, photographic evidence and proof they are not leather only PU plastic with paper or felt underneath they sent me the response below:

"Pls note the price , you really think it is for the whole product with genuine leather ??? That's funny , I am sure you are new to this !"

I feel this response had admitted they have intentionally miss sold a product and that they think it is funny they have scammed me. It is very unprofessional to say the very least and yes I am new to trading on Alibaba and so far my experience has been awful! and yes I did expect them to be genuine leather as this is what I was told and the wages and overheads in China are much lower than the UK. If they were not leather they should have told me this so I could make up my own decision whether to purchase or not!

I have spend a lot of money with them, they are dishonest, rude, aggressive people and I hope no one ever has to experience the same thing. How the hell they reached gold supplier is beyond me and I think this should be investigated and removed from their account.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS, CROOKS, AND UNPROFESIONAL.

My Beloved 3 yr old Yorkie passed away suddenly after consuming A1 Alpha Dog Pet Food Supplement.

My Pet was on this supplement for only 1 week.

This pet was like a best friend to me and i can not even put into words what my buddy meant to me. He was doing fine until he started taking the pet food supplement . I passed this off as just nothing until his breathing was way off and he didn't look good.

I took him to a Vet and we discoved that my yorkie was already in grave danger due to massive organ failure.

The Pharmacist had them analyzed for poisons and toxins. My pet was tested and high levels of toxins were found ( I am not going into deeply as this is in information gathering stage at the moment.)

It was too late for him at this time and I had to put him down after about a week of extensive hospitalization.

This cost me a lot of Money and most importantly my best dear friend.

I am going after this Bloke and all his Partners and Associates including any online vendors selling this shite.

I am calling on A TOTAL BOYCOTT OF ALL PRODUCTS RELATED TO ROB DEGUIA AND COMPANY(S)

I already have 7 other people who have contacted me on this matter and all want to get involved to get to the bottom of this and get some justification. There testimonials will also be showing up here, so stay tuned.

Posts are going into major newspapers, blogs and all forums related to Pets and Pet Food Supplements which this man sells.

You think because you live in another part of the world no one cares what you do. We shall see about that Burke.
