I have purchased several USB3.0 flash drives from this dealer. Some with brand names like Kingston and HP. All of them were advertized as USB3.0 drives. None were. One package even showed read/write speeds of 225mb/s and 135mb/s, but actual speeds were less than 2mb/s and at times they fell to 50kb/s which is slowere than USB1.1 drives.
The company promotes "Buyer Protection" with full refunds which is a joke. There is no protection. If the seller refuses your claim you're out of luck. The seller is king. They can say whatever they want and then AliExpres (Alibaba) will make you "prove" that what you say is true. Proof required by Alibaba is "independent laboratory test results" which for a $20.00 item can run $5,000.00 to $10,000.00. Or they will accept test reports from competitors - "Are they kidding me?" What competitor would provide test reports for free.AliExpress will make you jump through hoops to prove that what they know, and what you say, are true. They sell inferior rip-off products and then you have to prove that you are right.
Stick with US sellers. You will almost never have that problem with US sellers any more. They have cleaned up their act. Alibaba and their subsidiaries like AliExpress, have not. They continue their fraudulent practices and make millions (oops - sorry - billions), from people like me. So don't be a fool, erase the Alibaba and AliExpress names and web addresses from your browser (unless you have money to throw away).
By the way, their other products also stink. You have to be lucky to get something good. Do you feel lucky today? Or are you willing to spend, spend, spend, until you get it right.
