In my dealings with Mr Paul Ainsworth (and his Spouse) as a landlord, letting my property through Ainsworth Lord Estates, ALE, I have come to the opinion that:-
This man (and his Spouse) is a common Conman and a thief, who through his dishonesty has cheated myself as a landlord (as well as, I am led to understand several other landlords and their tenants) out of a considerable amount of money.
In my dealings with him, in my opinion, far from exercising best practiceshas acted in a grossly unprofessional mannergiving an appalling standard of service totally unbefitting of an Estate/Letting Agent.
He acted in an unethical and illegal mannerclearly acting in his own best interests to the absolute disadvantage of mine and other clients.
To Summarise my opinion of Mr Paul Ainsworth of Ainsworth Lord Estates He/They:-
Infringed my legal rights,
Failed to follow the rules and obligations set out in the Property Ombudsman's Code of Practice for letting agents.
Treated myself grosslly unfairly,
Is Guilty of maladministration, inefficiency and undue delays that cosy myself substantial sums of money, suffering, distress and inconvinience.
Landlords BEWARE:-
Additionaly it was brought to my notice that Ainsworth Lord Estates habitually add a 25% "under the table" charge to contractors maintenance costs which they then p[ocket them selves unknown to the landlords.
There have been instances where Landlords have been charged by Ainsworth Lord for central heating boiler replacements, the cost of which has be subsequently been clained back from government grants and pocketed by ALE.
