I had bought a radiator for my vehicle from Aeon Imports back in 2010. I got it installed from a professional and put the original OEM Toyota coolant in it. Everything was done professionally and installation was good. The vehicle has never been in any accident and no damage that could have caused radiator to fail. The radiator has now started leaking from the top and when this happened, I contacted Aeon Import which was about 5 - 6 weeks ago. The radiator came with the lifetime warranty, so they asked me to fill the warranty claim forms, send in all the installation receipts, coolant receipts, copies of vehicle registration card, pictures of vehicle to make sure it was not involved in any accident. I sent in all the items along with the filled up form back to Aeon Imports asap and they said they will forward it to radiator manufacturer and will let me know. They kept wasting time and came back with excuse that manufacturer is not approving the claim so they cannot honor the lifetime warranty. I sent more pictures of the leak and everything they asked for but they kept delaying it without any reason. Finally after about 5 weeks or so, I requested them to provide me a final decision since my car has been sitting and I cannot drive it with a leaking radiator. After that they just stopped responding to my email. I sent about 3-4 follow up emails after that but still no response. Since item was bought via ebay, I messaged them thru ebay as well as via their gmail account but they have stopped responding and are not honoring their lifetime warranty. If they do not want to honor lifetime warranty, then they are doing false advertising. I am looking for help to settle my claim and get my money back from Aeon Imports.
