ADVO-KIDS CASA,Inc. ADVO-KIDS CASA is a member of the National Court Appointed Special Advocates Association (casaforchildren.org) and an affiliate of Georgia CASA (gacasa.org.)
Sue Coffin, an ADVO-KIDS CASA, volunteer, deceived participants within the Pike County (State of Georgia) Juvenile Court resulting in a mother and grandfather being deprived of their infant granddaughter.
People animating artificial entities "DEPARTMENT OF FAMILY AND CHILDREN SERVICES" and "CASA" work in concert with the juvenile judge and attorney general special assistant Tammy Griner to traffic in human beings. This trafficking is by no means exclusive to Pike County, Georgia..it involves every County, Sheriff, District Attorney, the Courts, the State Attorney General, and each State's Governor.
Stealing kids for federal funds is a nationwide business created and operated by BAR attorneys [primarily for their (attorneys) economic benefit and desire to create a society in which THE STATE OF corporation is the parent of all American kids].
Human trafficking is the recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring or receipt of humans, by means of the threat or use of force or other forms of coercion, of abduction, of fraud, of deception, of the abuse of power or of a position of vulnerability or of the giving or receiving of payments or benefits to achieve the consent of a person having control over another person, for the purpose of economic exploitation.
Sue Coffin, with the full support of the CASA organization, delivered false testimony regarding a young seventeen year old woman and her infant daughter in order to assist said traffickers in stealing said infant. Sue asserted or omitted the following:
1. Falsely asserted that a parent violated a shelter care plan.
2. Falsely asserted that a seventeen year old girl had not received 14 "required" vaccinations. According to records, said girl was not current on all "required" vaccinations.
3. Falsely asserted that a seventeen year old girl received ten vaccinations on August 17th 2011 when, in fact, she had only received five vaccinations of which none were required by any policy. In actuality, those five vaccinations were given to said girl on September 6, 2011 or three weeks later.
4. Falsely asserted that clothes were soiled which contradicted TWIN CEDARS YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES, INC. documentation stating that clothes were recently cleaned. TWIN CEDARS staff members claim they washed the clothes prior to baby being picked up by Pike County Georgia DFCS employee Kelly Page.
5. Falsely asserted that seventeen year old girl would not follow rules of TWIN CEDAR homes when TWIN CEDAR representatives asserted that said girl followed all the rules and caused no trouble whatsoever.
6. Failed or refused to report that the infant daughter of the seventeen year old girl being held by foster parents had received a head injury while in foster care. Sue Coffin failed to report said injury to the Juvenile Court thus mislead the Court participants as to the safety of the foster home.
The above deceptions made by CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Sue Coffin were accompanied by her recommendation that the newborn child of said seventeen year old girl not be returned to said seventeen year old girl due to safety concerns.
According to the mission statement of this particular CASA entity, "The Advo-Kids CASA mission is to provide screened, trained and supervised community volunteers to advocate for the best interests of abused and neglected children involved in juvenile court deprivation proceedings." Sue Coffin has failed her own mission statement given her clear deceptions including and especially her omission of physical damage sustained to an infant while that infant was in foster care and under her (Sue Coffin) supervision. To date, no evidence has been brought forth to establish that this infant was in any way abused or neglected by her mother. Sue Coffin, however, has strongly influenced the decision to steal this infant from her mother and grandfather and have her placed with a foster family that has demonstrated neglect to the point of head trauma.
