When I signed for my products I asked again about the return policy that she told me was 30 days and she looked me right in the face and said there was a 30 day refund. But of course the paper I signed didn’t show the no refund or exchange but it did on the slip she put into my bag. I needed to make sure since I have very sensitive skin that if my face didn’t accept the product I would be able to return. Who in their right mind would spend 2,700.00 on products they couldn’t return. I know the company is a franchise but they still have to follow your policy and procedures and don’t drag your Brand and name through the mud. You should make them return the hard earned money I spent. Also if you felt you had a good product you would refund and exchange if people weren’t happy.
