I am filing this report to notify people of the TOTAL RIP OFF I have experienced in the past SIX months dealing with AGI and the take the money and run tactics they employed. STAY AWAY FROM AGI.
They failed to deliver what they promised me in terms of services and the CEO reneged on agreement made with me in person during the July 2013 Success Resources Seminar I attended in Durham NC.
Mr Ginsberg , AGI CEO agreed to a plan to allow an extension of trial for Template Optimizer Supreme , then refused to refund after I met all the terms of our agreement. He has been hiding his support team and never addressed my concerns since the agreement was put in place.
There are THREE problems in ths case , none of which was ever resolved to my satisfaction.
1) Template Optimizer Supreme: $6000.00 ... This is the most critical issue of all ! As I explained to AGIsuppport on October 30,2013 ... from the Seminar held in July in Durham NC , My wifre and I had a verbal contract with Adam Ginsberg who personally met with us with this assitant Gene as a witness.
AGI via Mr Ginsberg himself grant us an extention on our decision to purchase TOS to the end of October 2013,
The justification being this business was to be purchased for our son who was not able to initiate startup until Mid-October 2013. In adherence to the agreement (a) I never initiated access to the TOS web site in advance of m son's availability (b) I continued to pay the $19.99 a month for access to TOS web site as an act of good faith since I had full respect for Mr Ginsberg having agreed to the decision deferral.
In the thrid week of October 2013, AGIsupport did help me get access to the TOS web site and its one training Webinar that was available called "TOS Part 1". Via separate email thread from agisupport I was able to establish there had only ever been one were also were able to confirm this is the one and only webinar Training session published to date. So subsequent to getting access to the proper web URL, we and our son reviewed the training materials, our seminar notes and tested the web site TOS widgets and modules. Our son firmly believes that basic eBAY tools will be sufficient for our Family Home eBAY Business without the cool tool upgrades provided by TOS. "With that decision, I need to understand the process for receiving a full refund of TOS, for $6000.00. Please contact me as soon as possible to explain what actions I need to take to secure this refund".
2) Biz Optima: $2000.00 for software and training: In late October 2013 , during a phone conversation with AGI personnel, I was told AGIsupport would work with their billing department to issue a full refund for Biz Optima from the August Webinar training that I were unable to attend due to circumstances out of my control during the weeked of Aug 17,2013. In later email correspondence I asked AGI support to please provide a confirmation number or some sort of tracking information so I can be certain this refund is in process with an outlook of when it will be paid. AGI support NEVER responded to this request and as since told me via criptic email that a refund was not forthcoming. So AGI reneged on its commitment.
3) Delaware Hybrid LLC Asset protection $1097.00 : I explained to AGI support that filed for a full refund including Right to Return documentation to agisupport (many times to date, never a response).
All supporting documetation and the associated email trail to [email protected] as instructed by AGI yet
they never responded. After 4 to 5 weeks of no responses I filed a dispute with MasterCard to ask for their assistance in getting the proper refund of $1097.00. A credit card dispute was filed in early Sept for a refund for the DEL HYB LLC @ a cost of $1097.00. Eventually, Chase MC was able to secure a refund on my behalf.
NOTE: AGIsupport NEVER to my request or reported that this was resolved. Obviously evedence that the billing department is totally unresponse to its customers needs.
AGIsupport never responded to this request but on November 19, 2013 I received this criptic rejection email from Steve Williams at AGIsupport " ...talk about changing your story. I was told that AGIsupport would review my case with Mr Ginsberg, if they did the man got a bad case od seletive amnesia at the worst possible time. This lame email does not even address the issues !
There was never a live training scheduled "in person" for biz optima - only for template optimizer supreme... if you had been unavailable you would be able to attend the next one.
No one has mis represented anything - now you're changing your story.
Please REVIEW the original Biz Optima form you signed - you'll see there is no mention of training anywhere.
Template Optimizer Supreme does NOT come with 4 sessions with Adam - only the MAP PROGRAM... Again, do you have the original form you signed?

During all this dispute and the delay tactics from AGIsupport, I sent an email request to AGIsupport demanding my promised one on one with Adam Ginsberg (1st one of 4 advertised ) but again NO RESPONSE , NO delivery and NO satisfaction ............ just a AGI sales rip off and a loss of $9100.00 (down to $8K after Chase MC support) at a time when I am out of work and seeking a new career path. I have been totally taken advantage of. What a nightmare. AGI CAN NOT BE TRUSTED , again best advise is STAY AWAY !
