I sent my Citizens watch to Adam Carpteritieri for repair.
He lost the watch and offer to pay me less than 1/4 of the value of the watch. DO NOT deal with WATCH REPAIR USA.
These guys are a complete and total rip off.
I have tried to negotiate with them but they fall back on IT WAS LOST........ I had just put a new battery in the watch and a new Band and they offered to settle the claim for $75.00 which is about what I spent on the battery and band.
This was a vintage Citizens 2000 Stars and Strips addition Yachting watch.
