After reading reviews about the unreliability of ACWHOLESALERS.COM delivery and all the reported backorders.. , I almost went elsewhere (I wish I did) but, instead I called them and told them about the reviews I had read and that I was concerned about receiving my AC system in a timely fashion...
I got them to check inventory and I was assured they had plenty of the $3500.00 Ac systens in stock and it would go out in 2 to 3 days... i checked back next day to make sure everything they told me was correct...
Ten days later I call to find status and im told backordered for three weeks which wrecked the entire project..
They are total LIARS , it is not worth the savings to deal with this company ... Go back to getting my equipment locally
I purchaced a Goodman AC system from this company,They said at the begining that help would be no problem,after I bought the $1,800.00 Air and heat unit, the heat strip and the thermostat.The thermostat and the heat strip was the wrong ones.I called them serval times and they hang up on me I sent 5 emails to them and they would not reply to my emails.Sence the unit came in on 06/03/2015 untill now the unit has not been set up.All companies reports any one to the BBB for being lat and we as consumers just have to set still while we.re beinging riped off.I thinh the state of FL should be involved in all rip offs from Campanies
Liars! 5-6 weeks till delivery. Terrible. No notice!
The AC Wholesalers website said everything was ready to ship in 2-3 days, and should take 3-4 days to be delivered.
NOT TRUE.
3 weeks, after being super patient, I call and they tell me the order hasn't arrived yet. That it was back-ordered. I ask why I wasn't notified. They informed me that they did nothing wrong and that I should have received an e-mail. I didn't.
So, I asked when it would be delivered to them & shipped. They said Monday (5 days away). I called that Friday (over a week after my initial call). They lied to me again and said it would ship soon.
All-in-all 5-6 weeks till delivery.
NOT WORTH IT!!! Not worth the money you may save. Buy locally instead of dealing with this scam!
