हम सभी कर्मचारी अपील करते हैं माननीय कोर्ट से की तारीखों में उलझने से हम सभी की भावनाए आहात हो रही हैं , कानून पर से विस्वास डगमगा रहा है | ये कैसी व्यवस्था है जिसमे गुनेहगार बाहर घूमता है और शिकायत कर्ता कोर्ट के चक्कर लगा लगा के परेशान होता है | यही सोच कर लगता है की इतना लाचार है सिस्टम की जस्टिस के लिए तारीखों पर निर्भर रेहता है | तो फिर क्यों ना कोई शिकायतकर्ता ही स्वयं ही गुनेहगार को सजा दे के एक गुनेहगार बन जाये और फिर मिलती रहे तारीख | ऐसी व्यवस्ता समाज में कानून क प्रति निष्ठा को ठेस पहुचती है और किसी को भी क़ानून हाँथ में लेने को प्रेरित करती है |

On pressure from the court they paid cheques and then the cheques bounced, now they are finding other loop holes available in the law to further delay the payments.
Employees are like pendulum doing "to and fro" motion "to the court and back". it is taking time but hope court will help us and justice will win.
so you just can imagine how these people are playing with careers.

1.They will left you crying.
2. They will left you in court finally to claim your time and money and never pay you your salaries

4 to 5 senior management people are trying to run this organization but its not even walking because they are thoughtless people. they screwed 90 people career. and now trying again the same hiring. They started in 2012 but they are standing in the same year.
Cons
They are not paying employees salaries from last 5 months, some people are waiting for their Full & final settlement money from 8 months. They give you chq. but that will bounce definitely. it happened 50 times in this organization. I do not understand what they want to do.
Advice to Management
kindly shut down these kind of companies because you do not have brain.
do not play with investors & employees because they are not like you.

You can learn how to tackle vendors when their cheque bounces- People Manipulation Skills

SIMPLISTIC VISION- let see, you start with consulting, then you do staff Augmentation then you look for RPO and BPO then healthcare app URI LIFE, then some random logistic portal, ohh...i forgot ACURA learning. WAY TO GO
