I have been using this service for over 2 years now and have had non stop issues since we purchased the service.
I was told for the last 2 years that all the problems that I have had with the service have been my fault. I was told I needed to re wire my ofice, get a dedicated internet connection and replace almost all my equipment ($10,000 investment). Just recently I uncoverd that the service was not broke on my end but was broke on the end of Activepbx.
Activepbx has since shut down my entire phone service multiple times trying to fix this issue and moved me to a new server. They admited the server was broke but now I'm still having issues and intermitten phone service.
I'm going to cancel my service with them but wanted to warn new clients of the nightmares with this firm. They are extremely small with less then 3 people. Armundo, Maria, and Andy. Armundo the only one that can do anything refuses to show up before 11am. Trust me you will have issues and they will blame it on your end. Also they will tell you no one else has issues with them
I really feel sorry for their current clients and would hope new companies stay away from this nightmare.
