STAY AWAY - LOIS MAYS IS A SCAMMER AND A HACK OF A TEACHER:
I hired Lois Mays and Action CPR LLC in Albuquerque to train my staff of employees. Everything seemed fine. I booked one of her Saturday courses and she was to show up at 9am at our offices. I had to pay all of my employees to show up at 8:45am. At 9:15am Lois was a no show. I called her and she sounded like she just woke up. She said she was on her way. 30 minutes later she showed up and she looked like she spent the night before drinking. She had her t-shirt on inside out and reaked of alcohol. She was unbathed and a mess. I decided to give her a try. To speed things up, I had my staff help her with the CPR dummies because after carrying one, she was huffing and puffing like a girl that pulled an all nighter.
When the class got started, Lois kept leaving the room to use the restroom. It got so rediculous that I had to stop the class and let my employees go home. I told Lois that I wanted a refund and she refused. She had me sign a credit card authroization form and since I did that and she showed up, I was forced to pay her. Do yourself a favor, do not hire Lois Mays and Action CPR. If you do, you may find yourself having to give her CPR when she passes out from the alcohol consumption.
