I made an appointment with Able Plumbing in Yuba City (they're actually based in Chico) for between 1 and 5 pm today. I took off work 4 hours (unpaid). They called at 2:20pm (I was already home and waiting for their technician) when they called and told me their person would NOT be able to make it today and would I like to make another appointment for tomorrow. I told her NO !!!. I'll find another company that is MORE reliable.
