I don't remember the last time I received such bad product and service from a company. I ordered to two posters that arrived bent. When I asked to have them exchanged it took forever to get the address to send them back to. I sent them back via a trackable method on February 4th, it's April 15th and it's still not resolved. They just keep asking me the same questions to give me the run around. I will never buy anything from this company again. I gave them a ranking of 1 star because there wasn't anything less to choose from.
I bought a book online from their site for my college class. The book seller was here in the United States. It did not say that it was an international edition in the description at all.
I purchased it on May 1, 2014. I received it a week later and opened it. It was wrapped in bubble wrap and I noticed right away without even taking the bubble wrap off that it was not the right book. I immediately contacted the seller, and was told that it was the international edition and it would work. I still did not open it but did notice a hole in the bubble wrap that went into the back cover of the book. I contacted my professor and he said that there is a big difference in the books and the international edition would not work.
I contacted the seller again and his response was unless the book is damaged then he is not going to refund me. I told him there is a hole in the bubble wrap and book so it is damaged. I went and got the Fedex box out of the trash and noticed that it had a puncture hole through the one corner of the box right in the same place the hole in the book was. The seller told me that they were going to contact Fedex for a claim. Fedex never contacted me, so I contacted the seller again and was told to ship it back and provide a tracking number.
So I packaged it back up took it to the post office on June 1st. When I got back home I tried to put the tracking number in the place they told me and it told me that I could not return it now. I immediately contacted the seller and asked them why 2 days prior I could return it, and as soon as I return it and go to give them my tracking number I could not return it. I never got a response.
They received the book on June 6th and have emailed them several times and still have not received any response. SO they have my money and the book and I have nothing. One their website they say they have a 30 day money back guarantee from the date you receive your book, well mine was less than 30 days from receipt to the day they received my book back.
