Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Stay far away from this scam artist - Chuck Masterson! He took all of our money and ran. He has not responded to any form of communication and made a lot of broken promises. We have been left without a kitchen and bathroom for 4 months now and Chuck promised it would be complete in 4 weeks. He has excuse after excuse and nothing adds up. He lied to us about the materials he was using and we found out when it was too late. He will promise you a low cost to wheel you in, the real cost will be discovered later. Do not let him into your home unless you want to be a victim of consumer fraud and robbery!!!
