I Caution you to find another HVAC Contractor. I entered into an agreement with the owner, John Ortman, several months ago and believing his soapbox story of Christian principles and who he was as a person felt very good about my decision. John then changed the contents of the agreement which was struck down in court and his representative was reprimanded several times for changing an agreement after it was approved and signed by both parties. He then bullied his way through the process. I am escalating my position through the court process and will continue to warn the people within our community of his unscrupulous personal and business practices. Having been involved many years within the HVAC industry, there are many other HVAC contractors you can employ to manage your personal and business HVAC services rather than expose you, your family and your business to unscrupulous business practices.
