Alvin Gonzalez, A to Z construction in Big Bear Lake CA is not licensed, does not have insurance and does not finish the jobs he starts.
I know first hand because I became a victum of his "con".
He takes your money to fund his other jobs then does not finish your job.
By law, as I have now found out, anything over 500.00 dollars he has to have a contractors license.
