Bought this at the women's show in Detroit. After spending hours trying to get it to work, called the company. They said (based on the blue bubbles) that I had a one in a million defective box. The rep said she'd call the owner, Julie, to she if i could get a new box that day. I'd have driven back the show. Unfortunately, no call back. Called again that evening and got the same response (that she'd call me back). She finally called back and gave me a number to call Julie. Left message. She texted back and insisted on me driving an hour to her hotel to swap the unit. By this time it's 7pm Sunday. She wouldn't meet me even part way (claims she was sick and tired...really? Like I wanted to drive an hour on Sunday night.) by this time I'm so frustrated I wanted a refund. Had to spent more time packing it up and taking it to the post office. She refused to reimburse me the shipping. So I'm out $12 and hours of my time on a product that doesn't work. poor customer service and a rip off product.
