Sales presentation indicated CRI could arrange travel at a cost less than all other available sources. Multiple demonstrations in the sales presentation indicated savings for the first 2 major trips would offset membership purchase price. After membership purhcase, muiltiple attempts have been made to use CRI. Results have been in direct contradiction of what was indicated at time of membership purchase. Either accomodations could not be found; or of no cost savings over other readily available sources indicated in sales presentation. Subsequent request for refund of membership purchase price was declined.

Just a ripoff, no help in lodging or the up grades of motels to condos. Also no discounts!
